System Update

You’ll notice your little blogging system looks way different today. That’s because it “changed” overnight. But fear not! It’s an improvement!

Also, you’ll notice your Firestats count doesn’t look good. That’s too bad. That crazy system didn’t upgrade so smoothly.

Oh, and you’ll also notice new “Social Bookmarking” tags at the bottom of your posts. This is so visitors can tell other people about you and what you’re all about. Soon, if you keep attracting more visitors, you’ll start climbing the popularity charts on the Internet (such as Digg, Technocrati, etc.).

    I’m getting a 404 not found error when I try to view people’s blogs. The page itself shows up, however no posts do. Maybe it’s just where I’m browsing from.

    Ok Joe, thanks! It was our plug-ins, but it’s all fixed now.

    Anyone else have any problems? Guess not. What a smooooth upgrade…

    ill tell u ive seen some not found errors when clicking the links on the right from comments

    also when clicking settings in my dashboard, they definitely arent there????
    that part is the only real problem ive seen, semi-frustrating, seeing as how i cant turn on my gravatar

    Keith - on the old version of wordpress I had a plugin that enabled me to edit what appears on my sidebar. I don’t have that function anymore - is there any way we can get it back?

    In trying to find a more aesthetically pleasing design layout (skin), I’ve browsed dozens of the jumpsites with free WP themes only to discover that >I< have to actually download, unzip, then upload them via an FTP client. I’m guessing we don’t have access to an FTP site?

    It’s just that the selection of skins we can use in our design settings..is…mostly….girly. And then there’s the one described as having “S and M undertones.” what the heck is up with that?! Who chose these, lol.

    Jeremiah’s done well on his site, although it’s jeremy, not jeremiah, which I frankly don’t quite understand..
